Great food! The chasier for the drive through went above and beyond and remembered the last second that I had adoed for ketchup and she came out of the restaurant to my car just before I pulled away to leave. With out the ketchup I wouldn't of wanted to eat my meal and I would of had to go back once I realized their was no ketchup in the bag. She didnt have to run the ketchup outside, she could of just said screw it that's not my job but she didnt. To me it's the small things when it comes to customer service and that is a perfect example.

what happened to the big d burger? where's the beef? I've been a long time customer of duchess. Not any longer. The burgers are no longer the same in quality and size. The food used to be good. now it's just sub par.
