Dufner's Deli in Plymouth

Snagged lunch here with my nephew. Owner was very friendly and the grilled sandwiches were awesome! Good quality meats and generous portions. Felt homemade in a comforting way. Will definitely be back.

First things, first. Raj is the man. He should have been The Dude from the Big Lebowski. This dude singlehandedly cooked the food, rang the orders, answered the phones all while accomplishing world peace.For a moment, I worried that there were no cooks in the kitchen, and realized that Raj was the cook, cashier, phone answerer, accountant, and the friend you didn't know you needed. In the chaos of a long line, and orders piling up, one man emerged. Raj.I've never seen such hustle in a restaurant in my life, and I am supremely impressed. Raj not only held the restaurant, and my hopes and dreams on his shoulders, but he did so with the utmost professionalism.Additionally, the Reuben was amazing. It was made with the love and care only a man like Raj could accomplish.When I finished my meal, I left a changed man. I now have purpose in life. Raj isn't the friend you need, but the one you deserve.Thank you Dufner's Deli for allowing me to be served by the man, the myth, and the legend that is Raj. And to you Raj, I hope I have the honor and pleasure of being served by you again!Come for the deli, stay for Raj.TLDR Raj is awesome, and I will be eating at Dufner's Deli in the future!
