This is the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to in my life. The workers are so bad that I looked this place up to leave my first ever internet comment on a business. The whole building needs to be fired and replaced with competent people. No one in line, I order a med hot milk and sugar and they give me this ??? They didn’t give me the donut and ground coffee I ordered either

This is the worst dunkin' donuts in the area. I don't mean to be harsh. The younger kids are always talking or goofing off. They have given me the wrong size drink on multiple occasions. There was one employee who had the WORST attitude from the start. Talked over my mother and I at the drive thru, which flustered her because she couldn't finish a sentence. She complained about him and he threatened and insulted her. He has since been transferred to one of the Rockland locations and remains unpleasant. Positive points are that the food is always decent and comes out much quicker than other locations and the line moves much quicker than their other nearby drive thrus.
