Due to the pandemic its ok not to bother what the customer wants and just make ur own coffee??? Employees shouldn't be paid $15.00 an hour if drinks are not going to be made correctly

I typically go into Dunkin's the night before to grab an iced coffee. The Allenstown Dunkin' is quiet at this time of the night. The staff are friendly and conversational. You don't feel rushed. Only drawback of going at night is the donuts are not fresh and the selection is not as great. However, that is the price you pay for not battling the lines and crowds in the morning.
