Slow service. Owner/Manager leaves two KIDS without supervision to run the place mid-late afternoon. LAZY or can't be bothered to have experienced, efficient workers. Seems to just care about profit, as so many subpar businesses now do.

Location in never open on time. Websitebsaysopen at 6am. I've showed up after 7am and still weren't open. I guess the employees make their own hours. Very unreliable and inconsistent

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the Lehigh Valley. I ordered the Double Sausage Breakfast Sandwich, hash browns, an orange juice, and coffee online via Uber Eats. The coffee tasted bitter, I received a bottle of water instead of orange juice, and the breakfast sandwich was super tough. They toasted the sandwich, making it almost impossible to eat. I will never ever order from this Dunkin' again. I will give all my business to the Dunkin' on Linden Street.
