Very rude just left there without my order the woman at the counter rolled her eyes because I couldn't hear her as if we don't already have mask on and ontop of that its other people in the store ordering so it's noisy

A real mixed bag. Seems like most of the time that I come in here, regardless of the day of the week, they're in the weeds or just slow. A moderate-sized line seems to put them into complete confusion.I'll put in an online order for a dozen donuts, paid in advance. I arrived 25 minutes later and they haven't even filled it yet. What's the point?Employee friendliness really runs the gamut, too.They should take a page from the Dunkin' donuts in fort Washington, which runs like a well oiled machine.
