I'm not trying to be a Karen or be petty but I go to this Dunkin all the time the last few times my hashbrowns were ice cold so today when I went there I asked if my hashbrowns could be made fresh because last time they were ice cold the guy in the window says ice cold OK I said I would wait as they were made fresh I get to the window I didn't bother to check it because I didn't want to hold up the line which was looped around the back of the building When I got the hashbrowns they were ice cold and they tasted like there was some kind of cleaning agent on them or something needless to say I feel sick I called Corporate I asked for a callback I guess the manager there decided to just send me an email and not call back guess he didn't want to hear what I had to say and another thing this Dunkin' Donuts closes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon they need to get a new owner for this Dunkin' Donuts someone who can run this place properly

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been. Never had a system. They are Rude to you. I did order online and they don't have the option for the grape jam so I ask by the drive-thru the employee got mad and gave me just one because you have to pay 3 cents. And I don't care about the 3 cents is the fact that he can't sell me more at the window because they can't add any food at the window. I would never spend my money at this restaurant they should hire personal that wants to work
