i’ve been to several dunkin locations and this one is by far the worst. horrible customer service, extremely slow, and the staff rarely gets the orders correct. the staff is constantly asking drive-thru customers to wait and has very poor manners (one was dropping f bombs in front of several customers). any other dunkin location is better than this one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. if i could rate 0 stars, I 100% would!

Worst drive-thru experience I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. When we pulled up, there were two cars in line (one at the window and one ordering). We sat waiting for our wake-up wraps for over 15 mins. I would not waste my time coming here again - go to the one on Medlock! So much better and quicker!
Hopeless Heart
This is my top Dunkin and I am a Dunkin Afficianado! I've probably been to over 50 Dunkin's over the past 2 years and this is consistently the best!! The staff is knowledgeable and kind. When they make a mistake or don't have something in stock they try to right the wrong and make your experience a pleasant one. This place is ran with the type of kindness, pleasantnesss and professionalism that you'd expect from Disney or a Chick-fil-A. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
