Very poor customer service. Employees act like it is an inconvenience to them that they have to pour you a coffee.

Stopped in on a weekend before noon and not much of a selection, just like our last visit. Disappointing.

"America runs...AWAY from Dunkin'..." ought to be the sloagan...LOL OK, it was early this morning and I decided to visit this location, as I have a number of times. For my family, I usually grab a bacon, egg and cheese plain bagel, an apple fritter and a coconut donut. Easy stuff, inexpensive and everyone is full. However, today I had to give it back. First of all, the woman who works here in the mornings, who I deal with all of the time, was obviously unprepared to work. She could not fill my order because, according to her, "Opened late" and "Didn't have the machines on..." WHAT?! OK, no prob;em, no bagel, we will get an extra apple fritter instead. I asked for napkins, a reasonble request, she hands me BALLED UPPIECES OF PAPER...again...WHAT?! I immediately asked "Are you OK today? Ordinarally, you are polite, not mean like this morning..." Her reply "I'm sorry...I can get your better donuts...softer ones..." again...WHAT? So, the food items that you just bagged for me were not...FRESH?! OH NO! Given her poor customer service, the fact that she could not fill my order which was a standard menu item and the admission (by her) that she gave me stale or not so fresh food, I asked for a refund. Not surprisingly, she did not own the situation, she merely kept saying "I'm sorry...I'm sorry..." Blah, blah, blah. Not to worry, my money is just as good elsewhere and I will NOT eat from here again anytime soon.
