Asked for a iced matcha latte and I'm sure even if I asked for light ice they still would've given me so much ice. I kid you not I got 4 sips out of this the rest is foam and ice.. they need to stop being lazy and give me what I ask for not all ice.

This particular location opens at 4am, unfortunately they didn't specify its drive thru ONLY until 6. They have signage clearly posted on the doors, even holiday hours but nothing about drive thru hour only. So if you start work at an ungodly hour in the morning and live nearby and depend on public transportation don't patronize this place

I am an avid Dunkin' patron. Due to Covid's work from home protocols I've visited this location since March. The employees are RUDE. They practically shove your order in your hand. The cashier stares at you when you ask for something they forgot to give you. No thank you for coming etc. so. My order may or may not be right and I'm GUARANTEED rude service. Thought it was just...
