Very very slow…takes 15 mins to get 1 coffee and some hashbrowns when there is no rush in the store. Can only imagine in the morning rush

I've ordered online 4 times from this Dunkin' and only once was a decent experience. Three times the order was incomplete and had wrong items, and I had to flag down an employee (once I had to wait for her to stop texting) to ask where my order was. They were completely clueless that anything was wrong. I usually have to wait for them to then make the correct order while the walk-in customers after me were served and gone. Worst service I've ever had. Won't be back.
