Pulled up to the window and asked if I could add two hash browns to my order literally only two, I asked three times and she only said “no” every time and nothing else, no you need to go around again or anything like that, the third time I asked before I gave my card and she just looked at me and said no and I had to ask if I had to go around or anything while I’m literally right I front of her. Rude

It's Dunkin' Donuts not Starbucks, it is what it is, using the Dunkin' app is more reliable and more efficient and ensures my orders are correct, very busy in the morning so plan accordingly.
