TERRIBLE service! Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees, 4 donuts, a wake up wrap, and a medium Ice water. Took them ten minutes just to notice us standing there! Then I asked for a hot cups, was told I’d have to pay $1.00 for two hot cups. I was like really? You can’t help me out after I waited 20 minutes for little to nothing and no apology? And the manager just walked away. Terrible service. Bad attitudes and on top of it they didn’t even make our coffees right!

Worst daytime service of any dunkin I go to. I just stood at the counter in the lobby for far longer than I should have with three workers at the window and none at the counter. (the drive through was empty except for the car at the window. An older gentleman left right before me saying he waited ten minutes with zero service. I walked out empty handed, and got a coffee at the gas station down the road.
