Visited this Dunkin on Sunday November 14th, was not impressed by any means. Ordered through the drive through and all was okay. Get to window, wrong donut so I questioned it and she yelled at me because they didn't have my kind of donut. I requested a different kind than what I got. Her automatic response was "We don't have any ". without even checking. I entered the restaurant and clearly saw the kinds I wanted. Very unprofessional and aggressive

8:45am October 22. Got to order taker was told to wait ( not a problem ). 5 minutes later, 1 car in front of us and again “ hi, be right with you”. Okay I said. Finally got to ordering and half way thru was asked to wait again. Finally finish the order and get up to the window, one person inside only and a young lady came out to have a smoke. Left the guy all by himself. She comes back in eventually and is now using her phone walking around store. Forgot some of our food until we reminded them and forgot to give us straws, got the pumpkin brew which is supposed to come with the whipped topping and cinnamon. Did...

Seems most of the DD in New Hampshire and Maine are only drive through. Are they making more money with only the drive through?
