I have been a consistent customer of this location EVERYDAY for the last 2 years. I am absolutely APPALLED hear that “Kristian” is no longer working there. My past experiences were nothing short of great. He was very efficient, had great manners and did a well job on maintaining everything alone. I have had past experiences with some of “management” there and they are a joke. Seriously. Not only did you guys illegally fire someone, they fired someone who did his job and well. Attitude problems, never want to hear our employees or review camera footages before they went and illegally fired this young man. I will be contacting cooperate first thing Monday morning and ALSO filing a complaint against your “manager” mayra.

If you plan to pre-order on the Dunkin' app, do NOT use this location. My husband went to pick up our order, they said they had no record of it, and the manager did not believe and order was ever placed despite my husband showing her a screenshot from the app with our confirmation. In the end, they didn't even have all the donuts that we ordered so the manager tried to replace them with something we didn't even want, and then said she didn't know what more he wanted her to do... and then proceeded to tell him she'll just have to figure out how to get the money for our order, again saying there is no record of this order on her end. I was absolutely appalled when my husband told me. Technology glitches happen, I get that, and I wouldn't had no problem if they had just apologized and said we will get this for you now. The problem is that the manager treated my husband like he was a liar and just trying to get a few free donuts from her--that's what I don't appreciate. We will not be back to this location.
