I hate to complain but I found a long piece of black hair in my sandwich. This place is very dirty and always fails inspections. Stay away from this place for your own good it has gone down the drain especially with the manager who is a very very naïve and clueless person and that is dangerous when it comes to food

The single most pleasant drive-thru experience of my life about 10 mins ago. I use the mobile app to place my Dunkin' orders because I'm rather particular about my coffee and saying "extra sugar" can be interpreted different ways, and the app helps get my order perfectly right every time.But the employee working the drive-thru window actually confirmed my name before handing my my order and had the most pleasant demeanor.
