The service here is worse than most Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. Expect longer than average wait times (longer than reasonable sometimes). Getting your order messed up is not uncommon here. It seems like they have I high turnover rate for employees. As for the location. If you're in a bigger truck, it can be difficult to make the corner in the Drive-Thru. It is conveniently near the interstate though. And realistically it's the only choice you have for many miles.
