Dunkin' in Gettysburg

Drive through only open long lines.. Hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on huge parking lot and loby and its useless

If I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter and I visited here the beginning of January. Not only did they not give us the full order the first time, they didn't get it right the second time either. I parked and went in to ask them for the item they forgot. When the kid begind the counter called to his coworker to add the item, she came up to the counter and asked, "what did I do now?" This must happen a lot by that comment. They have a bunch of kids working there and while I'm all for younger people working, there was no professionalism and they acted like it was a big joke.

Where do I began. I get places are struggling to find employees. But I've come here and seen 5 people at a time just standing around doing nothing while there is orders. Boy working in afternoon always mopping just sets our drinks on the counter while we are waiting for them while other workers are obviously elbow deep in some broken machine. You mean to tell me he can't take 4 more steps and put it out the window? He won't take orders either I've seen him let people sit at the speaker but he wears a microphone... and I've seen him here for 6 months now. I get people have to mop or clean whatever but in the service industry I'm pretty sure you help the customer if nobody else is around to. Me and my wife have sat there for a record 9 minutes at the window just for a donut and 2 coffees. And I'm not talking about them brewing a fresh pot either. My daughter worked at the Hagerstown Dunkin' Donuts and she said they had a timer so this place has to have some heinous numbers. Also I don't know if it is the manager or other rude customers but whenever they have to brew our coffee fresh and have us wait they look terrified. Are people that rude that they can't wait for a fresh brewed cup of coffee they have to yell at minimum wage 14 year olds. I understand things are rough, but there is no question that a lot of...
