Asked for black coffee they gave me 4 sugars and 4 cream. When they used to accept mobile order this stuff wouldn't happen

Coffee is (usually) good, but drive-through is intolerably s...l...o...w. It is not unusual to wait 20 minutes in line, even after ordering through the app. Who has time to wait that long for coffee?! Dunkin' needs to get back to quick, efficient service.
