Dunkin' in Addison

Been going to this location on an off for a while , guess they got new stuff , today I ordered cold matcha latte no ice , got half of the cup lol

Don’t like this place they are rude and don’t even try to make things easier for Uber drivers. They don’t own up to their mistakes and try to correct it. They have bad customer service. Like I ask for napkins…. But why did they give them to me all crumpled up like that???? And was told by the Uber driver for Uber eats that they were giving him a hard time. I’m assuming he was asking for a bag the food. And didn’t give it him? But yea he was struggling to give me everything. I told him I would go to his car and help bring it in. Lol I know it doesn’t look like a lot.And I’m not trying to knit pick. Horrible customer service from the workers all the way to the management and owners!!!!  This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to!  I used to stop at this Dunkin' Donuts almost every day, sometimes twice a day. I even continued to visit this location even after they screwed up Lake Street, and made it impossible to make a left-hand turn out of their lot to go east on Lake Street. The last few times I went, the service got worse and worse. On my morning visits, I had to tell the cashier how much change to give me back every single time, and usually she would tell me, "oh we don't have nickels and pennies to give you the correct change so can you just take the dollar?" My answer was no, and the manager would angrily hand me a quarter instead of my $.17. If this wasn't bad enough, they frequently don't honor the advertised prices of drinks (for example $.99 ice teas/iced coffees after 3:00pm), and have told me on numerous occasions that they aren't serving the iced drinks because the Dunkin' Donuts ice machine isn't working, and they can't take it from the Baskin-Robbins side. Really?! The last straw for me was on my last visit. I purchased 2 quarts of ice cream, 3 coffee drinks, and asked for a cup of water. They...
