If I could give them a zero rating I would. Whew Chile the ghetto! This isn't Dunkin' Donuts this is hood-n-doughnuts! I'll keep the one star for the gentleman that took our order last night. My girls begged for donuts. We went and there were none left at 7pm..just donut holes & bagels. He was nice. That's where the 1 star ends. Get home and my daughter says they are nasty. Y'all they were so damn stale!! Yuck!!! Kids didn't even want them. So today I drive 15 min again...to return. The employee kept calling me sweetheart. Even when I told her I didn't like that and it's unprofessional in this manner she continued between calling me sweetheart & love at least 5 more times. *gag* Then told me they can't handle refunds or anything Bc the manager leaves at 1pm. So no one is in charge??...this is ghetto. She offered to replace the donut holes but no...I don't want anything from here at this point. Wth? I'll be going to Krispy Kreme with the hot light so I know it's fresh!
