Incredibly rude customer service. I was the only one in the store. I had to explain my order a hundred times (two coffees and two sandwiches) and when they handed me my receipt, they STILL got it wrong. I immediately pointed it out but one of the girls started saying how it was too late, then reluctantly said "fine, whatever" she'll get my order right. While I was waiting, another customer walked into the store saying they got his order wrong too. They were rude to him as well and did not accommodate. I'm shocked this place has such good reviews. Next time I am going to go out of my way to avoid it.

I stop by here every day at 930ish am. As soon as the gentleman notices me he fixes my coffee. Great service. They are however always super busy. So I love that he remembers what I drink even if its a basic coffee

I would give the store a half star if that. This Dunkin' Donuts Baskin-Robbins gave me a milkshake and they used a dirty blender which had peanut butter in it. I watch them make a peanut butter milkshake before me and I have a severe nut allergy and could not drink my milkshake. I am very upset with the service and would not recommend going to this location.
