Last visit when handed my matcha tea latter it was squeezed and ended up dripping all over my beige car upholstery and me. This morning ordered another matcha tea latte and a breakfast sandwich. Instead was given just a coffee and sandwich but was charged for the matcha.

The crew of young men running this store when I came by was incredible, professional and very pleasant and extremely efficient.

If i could give this place ZERO stars I would. I went to this location for my first ever Dunkin' purchase. The employee who was working the drive thru was completely rude and nasty. My drink tasted like OLD COFFEE so i asked politely if the employee could remake it with a fresh batch of coffee. She then responded "I can't just remake something just because YOU don't like it". Haha jokes on you Jessica because that's what you're supposed to do. This was my first and last time ever going to Dunkin'. Starbucks may be a little pricey to some people but at least they make their drinks correctly and if there's an error they will remake it. It's true one bad apple can ruin the whole bucket.
