If you're supposed to open at 5, you need to open at 5, not whenever its convenient for you. I needed 2 boxes of Joe right at 5am, I called the day prior to make sure they could be ready. I got there at 450 and waited patiently in the parking lot. At 505 I drove to the drive thru since I didn't see any lights on in the lobby, nothing. Drove forward to the drive thru window and it was wide open, I tried calling and nothing. Very frustrating when you need to be somewhere. I drove away at 510 and there still wasnt a sign of anyone around.

Not only do I think it's common courtesy but probably even part of the law that when order something regarding food or drink and they decide just to switch it because they're out of something. Dunkin' Donuts in Oldsmar and the one up on 19 and Palm Harbor are always out of Splenda. They just put in sweet and low or Stevia and don't tell you. Total bullshit. Pathetic cheap owners who don't keep Splenda in stock because it's too expensive or something
