As of lately, huge turnover at this location. Quality has declined - coffee tastes burnt or day(s) old and donuts early in the morning are hard as rocks; as if they're also day(s) old. Some of the staff is downright rude and refuses to respond or even engage in order-related talk. Good morning? Met with a blank stare or grunt. Ask to add more milk? No response, just grabs the coffee and spills half of it out to replace with milk. I asked for a little bit more, not half a large cup more. This is my go to every morning - things have certainly changed. Catherine is the only saving grace there at this point. Always cheerful and energetic and knows the regulars by name; exactly what good customer service should be.

Worst order accuracy of any Dunkin' I've gone to and that is saying a LOT. Ordered a cold brew and a bagel and forgot the cold brew. I just ordered a bagel, cold brew and a dozen donuts. They forgot the entire dozen donuts. It's bizarre how bad they are.
