I take my niece there on Tuesday mornings before school and work. The last few times weren’t great, But she loves the hot chocolate. This last time was the worst. Same girl at the drive thru. She never speaks and is not pleasant. The got the food wrong and it was also burnt. I tried to call several times but no ever answered. I finally got someone when I called back after work. She said there was no mgr there and would have someone call he. Ya that never happened m. I will not be going back to that location again. Bad customer service Dunkin, you can do better than that

One of the worst Dunkin' around. Unfortunately the only one in the area. Can be extremely long wait times in both the drive thru and the lobby even with very few customers. Orders have been wrong on more than a few occasions. Staff is okay at best, with what appears to be lack of leadership. Might be worth it to go to a Dunkin a little further away.
