Ordered a dunkaccino and walked out with just a frozen coffee. Not a bad location, just upset I didn't get my favorite drink.
Usually love Dunkin’ Donuts, but The Arkadelphia one, needs to work on some things. There is usually no one at front counter. They ignore you, and concentrate on drive thru orders. I’ve tried a few times, but now I go to other places that have better service. I also was there once when the so called manager was talking with another employee and counting her drawer in front of me, and was in no hurry to wait in me. I finally had to ask “how long it would take” ? Unprofessional . I just walked out today with no coffee. Not waiting 20 minutes!

Very good variety in this Dunkin'. I hat Matcha tea, hot, with oatmilk, I have allergies to dairy. It was Soo good!! They had all the donut varieties. We bought a dozen. Not for me though, I had egg whites bon multi-grain flat bread!! It was AMAZING,!! REASONABLE too!!
