First in for most I want to make sure I say that the two employees working or not to blame. The condition of this Dunkin' Donuts is absolutely appalling and the management at all levels should be ashamed. Why in the world but you only have two employees working on free donut day absolutely absurd I'm not fair to the employees working. Not to mention one seemed to be in training. There is trash all over the floor and the counters, on the customer side as well as the employee side. There were containers clearly supposed to be in refrigeration just sitting out on the counters. The one trash barrel I could see was overflowing onto the floor and there's a line to the door. I could be wrong but I don't think I've ever seen sweatpants as an acceptable part of a uniform. Either way staff members that were working here today their management failed them as far as I'm concerned left them high and dry to fail. I feel so bad for these kids I did not even bother to tell them my order was wrong. As someone whose worked at all levels in the food industry and is currently a business owner, I would never let this fly. People would lose their jobs over this without a doubt.
