If you are staying at the hotel and want a coffee from this DD, carve out a good… 45 minutes. Yes, 45 minutes to get an already made liquid poured into a cup.

Not a good experience here today. Turkey sausage tasted funny and got sick after. Didn't get whipped cream and had to wait for 10 minutes to get it. Plus I couldn't tell what was turkey sausage to regular. Nothing marked.

It seems to be the times we are all now living in, post-pandemic people shortage, or "3PS" for short. There were only two employees (both high-schoolers) working at this extremely busy Dunkin' Donuts inside the Harrah's Ak-Chin Hotel & Resort on a Saturday morning. I had to wait over 35-minutes for a cup of coffee that was overpriced and poorly brewed. Certainly not worth the exorbitant price that the hotel-owned Dunkin' Donuts charges because they have a captive audience. When I ran my company and short on employees, I helped out myself, or I had the managers jump in and help. I guess I'm an antique when it comes to business nowadays. But I digress. If you can't operate correctly, then close the store until you can. I can't blame the untrained children working here, so I won't give a single star as deserved. What I will say is, management needs to get on the stick and train these children to do the right job while not charging $4.00 for a cup of swill.
