It's obvious that they are having issues finding people to work by how long it takes to place an order and to get the order. However if you are patient than this is a great place. They do an amazing job working on getting orders out. They are extremely polite and very hard working.

This place is much improved in customer service. I was often driving a bit further to feed my DD addiction to avoid this one, as the NEVER had my mobile order ready and really had a no-care attitude. The last three visits, made timidly, saw a big change. THANK YOU!

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to the staff will have you waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and give you attitude when you finally get to order. I genuinely feel bad for the people who live in this area and have to deal with this staff every visit. I doubt they get many repeat customers. So disrespectful.
