Very unclean, workers are slow and have bad attitudes. They only speak to certain customers to try and finesse a tip. Always complaints from staff about management. Constantly out of order machines.

If you follow me, you know I don't normally give bad reviews unless I know for certain the business has earned it. I allow for off days--something we all experience once in a while. That being said, I'm now reviewing Dunkin' with the hopes they will read my comments and seek to improve their service. If they do, I will acknowledge their efforts and amend my review. I have stopped at this location on 3 separate occasions. Each time my experience was frustrating.  While their coffee and donuts are spot on, their service is wretched. I don't know if there is a language barrier, or if the workers can't hear, but they never seem to understand basic orders. And it's not just me. The people in line around me experience the same frustrations. We have to repeat our orders usually 3-4 times before they complete them correctly. And many times my order is not correct if I'm not paying attention to what they do. I don't think it's a language barrier, because the cashier taking my order speaks clearly and asks follow up questions, and seems to understand my words, but has trouble transitioning my order into a completed purchase. It's very confusing! I want them to succeed. So, I'll return and re-evaluate, hoping I can withdrawal my negative review.
