If you want to be disappointed this is the Dunkin's for you. I love Dunkin's, but wow this one is a disaster. Only go here if you want regular coffee (no decaf). I ordered a chocolate chip muffin and got something not that. At first I thought it was just blueberry but it was like raisin muffin. I couldn't even eat my over-priced muffin. I had run across the airport just for my Dunkin's treat. What a disappointment. Also they had almost no donuts to choose from and it wasn't even 10am. Also, it's express but it sure isn't fast.

This is in the airport DCA across from gate 38 American Airlines. I was waiting in line to get a coffee. The lady who was helping the cashier was eating a donut and licked her fingers then grabbed the person's order. She did this a coupling times. Took a sip from her straw and then grabbed the order for the next person in line. Finally she put her mask on. Never washed her hands and confused to gather orders. There was trash all over the condiment area (straw wrappers and sugar packets). I got out of line and went to a different coffee location a few gates away.

This lazy staff gave me a bagel and told me to spread the cream cheese on my bagel myself. They don't even make any food here either. Then just look and talk to you like they hate there job. Zero stars.
