Stopped by at 7 P.M. on my way home and they were out of donuts when they close at 9:30 P.M. Employees were extremely rude when I asked to see if they had any other donuts then the ones on display. Horrible, would not recommend.

I normally enjoy going to this location but today they really were a mess. The staff have no idea what is going on and the manager has less of a clue than the staff do. I placed my order via the Dunkin' app and paid via the app as well. I the drive thru I told the person I was picking up my order, my name, and my order number. Usually when I get to the window I just repeat what I said at the squak box, they hand me my waiting order, and I'm on my way. When I got to the window the employee insisted I had to pay still, and for an amount different than my order. I repeated what I said earlier in the process of my name, order number, and I had ordered and paid in the Dunkin' app. The employee was adamant I needed to pay for what was not my order, told me he needed my name - which I said again for the third time - told me if I had placed an order in the app then he'd have it ready and with my name written on the box, and insisted I was at the wrong address.
