Normally I am five star happy with this Dunkin'. Earlier today this Dunkin' disappointed me tremendously. When I tried talking to national about the situation the automated response system would not even let me discuss specifically about what was my problem. My problem has to do with the fairly new sourdough breakfast sandwich. Overall I love this sandwich when it is made to order the way the national commercials show it. Very toasty, oozy with cheese. The mobile app lets you choose what meat you want on it and I chose sausage. I received bacon. No offense to those people who always choose bacon but if I can choose sausage I will and I did.
