Im loving that they are hiring spanish speakers and enjoy the customer service. I just happen to not be able to order because they didn’t know at all what i was saying. At the desk for 10 minutes trying to help them understand i wanted chamomile tea :( management needs to help them during peak hours the line was long and slow. wont return but thnx

I know this is hopeless - I've complained directly to Dunkin' Donuts itself a few times - but holy hell the service is awful. It should not be physically possible to be this slow. Save yourself time - make the donuts at home.
