I used to love coming to this location, but the service has become so incompetent it’s unbearable to even think of going back to this location. I had ordered my food online at 7:58 am. I understand food takes time to make, so I’m patient. I walk in to grab my order and it was ready, except my coffee was not with my order. The way this place has its layout is they place all the online orders right by the entrance for easy access. I see my name on my food, I grab it and begin to wait for my coffee. I see 3 people come in and make orders and leave with their food AND coffee order. So I begin to become a bit questioning, and when I asked the lady where my coffee was I was waiting on she just pointed to the guy next to her and said “he’s making it” in a rather frustrated manner....

This Dunkin' is one of the most disgusting restaurants I have ever seen!! It is dirty and nasty!! I couldn't believe that there were actually bugs on the donuts!! That freaked me out! This needs to be reported to the health inspector!!
