I always buy coffee in this place. this time my latte came warm, I complained it wasn't hot and the girl who works at Dunkin named Sierra treated me super bad. Yelling at me that my latte was hot. I think the owner should keep an eye on how their employees treat customers

We had a routine, a go to - Dunkins in S. Ash was that. We would stop and grab the usual. Recently, the quality has gone down hill, culminating in slimy Boston Cream donuts from the drivethrough that we were actually afraid to eat. My poor grandson needed a towel because by the time he said something to me, he had taken one out and the slime had leaked everywhere. I would have returned right then, but we were on our way to an appointment. To add insult to injury, they did not even put napkins in the bag. I contacted them prior to posting this, in fairness. After a week and a half of their repeated commitments to get back to me they have still not bothered. That tells me everything I need to know about this location. IF they cannot spend 5 minutes with a steady customer, this customer doesn't need to spend 10 minutes in line for inferior product. Cumbies is our new routine - slightly out of the way, but superior and far more cost effective - and FRESH.
