workers can't handle simple drink modifications and don't care to remake a wrong order.

Love the dairy free options and cheaper than Starbucks obviously but the company itself is not the issue the employees are the problem. I love dunkin donuts but this place has such a bad turn around on employees. This use to be my favorite location but once different employees were hired it has gone down hill with its services. Multiple wrong orders and rude staff had made it a nightmare to come to dunkin donuts. Wish this location knew had to keep its good employees because everytime there is a good worker, in 2 weeks there gone and a bad employee replaces them. Starbucks is more expensive but i never had to deal with a rude employee before so I'll be taking my business to them from now on, done trying to give dunkin donuts a chance.

I love Dunkin' but this location is just terrible. They get your order right about half of the time and then when you try to fix it, you'll get attitude.
