There was a disconnect from the ordering to the pick up. In sure it was miscommunication but seriously they need more help.

I feel as Everytime I go to Dunkin's the coffee is made wrong, I've been told by different workers that the regular is made with 1 sugar and cream and then someone else said it's made with 2 sugar and cream which seems more right. I have been charged with food that I never received, been charged much more for coffees that were smalls and put in as larges. But I do enjoy Dunkin's, I think the staff members should comunicate more:)
