I never come to Dunkin' because frankly, Shipley's and Krispy Kreme are better, but this time I decided to give them a shot. Entered the establishment and was not acknowledged, and waited over 5 minutes to even be helped. When the worker came, still no acknowledgement or even a "thank you for your patience" nothing. Had a terrible attitude. He selected our food, took our payment and not even a thank you. He simply walked away and we were confused if our transaction was complete. Terrible service and their donuts aren't even enjoyable. Hard pass.
