. I walked in Friday morning to purchase a coffee. I was the only person in-line inside, drive through was busy . A female employee was in the front working on something another female from drive- thru approached the women infront and told her “I need a dozen donuts” and left she didn’t even say which kind. I ordered a cold green tea and got a hot one, I ordered a three cheese croissant, and a bacon and cheese croissant, and got a 3 croissant and dried up croissant with bacon eggs and cheese sandwich... I was too tired to even deal with ppl who can't get anything right... Never going to another dunkin' donuts again.. that was the second time I went to a dunkin' donuts and was deeply unsatisfied, in the last year.
