Went from good enough, cheaper than Starbucks, fast, easy. For years it was my number 2 coffee and breakfast snack option before work on weekends etc. then staff changed and the coffee quality did as well it was simply burnt most of the time. Ice coffee got watered down, lattes might as well be from one of those machines in hospitals. Then it became horrible, bad service, nasty coffee, fake lattes that obviously do come from a machine and do not use real Espresso shots. Waste of money! Today was my last attempt at hoping they would return to my quick , easy, good enough number 2 option. I will never waste my money here again.

Worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. First time I tried them I had 25 min before work as I work at Charlie's across the street. I thought that it would not be a problem. Boy I was wrong. I waited in the drive through line for 20 min and I still there were cars backed up and not moving I didn't even get to order. I had to leave the line to go to work with no breakfast. Unfortunately, I attempted to get breakfast there again because of the convenient location to my job. But this time I walked in instead of doing drive through.
