I do Sunday mornings so there's usually a small line I receive my order quickly. The staff is always friendly.

Don't order off the app even if the app says you can. They put you can walk-in on their app then put a sign on the door that they're closed for our "safety" although starbucks is open for walk-ins. We had to wait in a long ass drive-thru which they take 10 min + per car. Wasted my money bc I already ordered on the app. Straight trash business & i love dunkin'. The one on Holloman AFB is 150% better.
