Why can't I get a frozen Carmel coffee. It's runny. So discouraged

I know people are loyal to their favorite coffee and it's usually that overpriced coffee shop that I will not name. For me, my favorite is Dunkin'. It has great flavor, it's not so strong that it makes my stomach hurt, it's always fresh and very, very price friendly!
