I went on the app and placed a walk in order so I could save time so I could get my kid to her soccer game on time. I show up and the lobby is locked. I knock on the door and they wave me around to the drive thru. Literally the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. It's the closest one to me so I'm forced to continue going back. Food is always cold, no matter what. I ask for one pump of caramel and watch them do three pumps because they don't read the order fully. They are also extremely slow. It takes a lot for me to write bad reviews but come on Dunkin.
