The whole staff is very unprofessional.

Manager/Shift leader was disrespectful and rude to employees, spoke down to them using abusive language. When an employee acknowledge me and asked nicely what I was waiting for, I just said was waiting for a drink as rest of my pickup order. She unpleasantly said, I know they will just have to be patient. I know they are busy but a simple "will be with you in a moment", when you see someone waiting goes a long way to prevent escalation of an issue. Common decency 101, feel bad for the employees there, I would have walked out if was working a shift.

Today3/14 I when at Dunkin's in Titusville inside the Gas station.The guy treated me really bad he touched my donuts with his hands and telling in bad manner because I was checking each one. Please somebody teach him about customer service. Really bad experience
