This place is a dump.. I stop here usually during the day on a lunch break because it’s the only dunkin I can get to.. Not one of the workers can make my coffee the right way and when you ask them to te make they tell you no.. I just stopped there for my ice coffee 4 cream 4 caramel and a expresso shot, I get home and it’s basically water with a hint of coffee NO expresso at all!!!! So now after a 16 hour shift I have to go to another dunkin and grab a coffee.. instead of being on your phone take a crash course on how to make coffee

Usually I'm not so picky but when a customer takes the time to walk into the store to place an order employees shouldn't let him stand there without even acknowledging his presence with a simple I'll be right with you sir or we're busy give me a moment. Several employees looked right at me, walked by and never said a word. They appeared understaffed though I did hear other voices in the back room having a conversation that apparently had nothing to do with the Dunkin' Donuts business. I gave up after three minutes and walked out. Apparently they are doing so well during this pandemic they don't need customers walking in to spend money. The drive-through is the sole most important thing to them.
