I love this Atascocita location, the Staffs are very friendly, I get my order right the way I want it, and coffee and donuts teadt great. I just want yo say you guys doing an awesome job! Hands down the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever visited in my life. I've been waiting to write this review in hopes that my overall experience coming here would improve with each visit, but no. It's only gotten worse. A little back story about me: I used to go to Starbucks EVERY day. That's right, 7 days a week. After talking to a friend, I decided to give Dunkin' a shot. I mean, larger coffee for less money! Winnning!!!.....or NOT. Literally every time I come to DD, my coffee is different. Even tho I order the same thing every time. So sometimes i love it and other times it's awful. And god forBID you bring it back and tell them the issue. You'd think you were asking them to walk to the ends of the earth for you. They never put enough ice. By the time I get to work 10 mins away, there's no ice left. I often order the bagel bites that have cream cheese inside and they're almost always cold in the middle. I've just stopped ordering them. The wait is always Sooooo long like wtffff are they doing in there bro??? It's insaaaane!!! I've literally...
