I had the loveliest experience with the drive through worker. I didn’t catch his name but he seemed to be in his 20s, very freckly. He was so sweet. He told me to have a beautiful day and to drive safe. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a Dunkin in a long time. Thank you so much! You made my day!

Good but slow

I'm not sure what is going on with a few of these businesses lately. I went into Dunkin' donuts to get a ice mocha latte. When I entered Dunkin' donuts there were two young children sitting at two of the tables with a German shepherd puppy. Please understand that I absolutely love dogs and I have to say I am truly bothered. The puppy was crying and the little girl was holding the puppy's face telling it to be quiet. I'm sure that these children and puppy had to belong to one of the employees. I didn't bother to order and decided that it was best for me to leave. Seeing the kids there and the puppy with a chain around his neck and a green bow just wasn't acceptable. Some people do not deserve animals. Very upsetting. I will not make the mistake and go there ever again. This is not the children's fault!
