Customer service is good however they had the tv blasted on a news channel. I could not sit and eat in peace. I asked if they could change the channel or turn it off and they said they could not. The tv was controlled in the office. Wrapped up my food and went to the Burgar King next door to buy something there and finish my food in peace while my car was in service. Not everyone is interested in news 24/7.... one of the biggest causes of anxiety and depression in the US.

I needed individually packaged bagels for a training this morning (company policy bc of covid) and they graciously helped me with this. In a week I need a slightly larger and similar order and they gladly instructed me how to contact the location ahead of time. As I was waiting their regulars came in and they treated them like family and already knew their order. When I first arrived there were two female customers ordering several coffees for friends and they handled the situation well without frustration. In the current fast food world it is so great to leave somewhere and feel like it isn't just another corporate chain. There are 3 Dunkin's from my house to my office and I am so glad I chose this one!! They do a busy busy drive thru daily as well!
